Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Agent (Portuguese Speaker) to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with Portuguese-speaking clients, generating leads, and closing property sales while delivering a high level of customer service and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns
- Engage and manage relationships with Portuguese-speaking clients and investors
- Present and promote residential and commercial property projects
- Conduct property viewings, tours, and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends and new project launches
- Prepare and follow up on contracts and sales documentation with internal teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide post-sale client support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with strong closing ability
- Good knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused attitude
