Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, CRM management, and social media.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market service.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai Real Estate regulations, market trends, and RERA laws.
• Negotiate, close, and manage the documentation process for transactions.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
