Job Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and regulations
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements:

• Sales or customer service experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Willingness to work on a commission-based structure
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
• UAE driving license preferred
