Job Description – Property Consultant

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide professional advice and guidance on the real estate market, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to achieve successful transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on market conditions, legal requirements, and property values.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and prepare regular updates for management.
• Promote the company’s properties through networking, marketing, and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-driven.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred if based in UAE).
