Property Consultant | Real Estate Experience Required

We’re Hiring: Female Real Estate Agent

M N R Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for a confident and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai sales team.

This role is suitable for candidates with Dubai real estate experience who can manage clients professionally, handle follow-ups, arrange viewings, and support deal closures.

Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 + Commission
Experience: Minimum 1 year Dubai real estate experience
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a real estate agent in Dubai
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities and property market
• Experience in off-plan, secondary, or leasing preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in handling client calls, viewings, and follow-ups
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Must be based in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Handle buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries
• Follow up with leads and manage client requirements
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Promote available properties online and offline
• Coordinate with clients, developers, landlords, and internal teams
• Maintain proper records of leads, viewings, and client updates
• Support the team in closing sales and rental transactions
