About the Opportunity

We are currently expanding our Abu Dhabi sales team and looking for motivated Property Consultants who are passionate about real estate and client success. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of real estate experience are preferred. Applicants who own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate property leads through networking, referrals, and outbound communication
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, consultations, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and available inventory
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and follow up with prospective clients

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in the UAE preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional approach to clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage
