Job Description:
We are seeking ambitious Russian-speaking Property Consultants to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to sell and rent properties, building relationships and closing deals. This is a performance-driven position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand property needs and preferences
• Present and promote suitable properties
• Negotiate and close deals successfully
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian (mandatory) and English (advantageous)
• Prior experience in real estate sales preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
