Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Secondary Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a solid network of contacts in Dubai and a passion for closing deals. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting secondary market properties in Dubai.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on the Dubai property market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive market prices and trends.
• Negotiate property deals and ensure successful transaction closures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RERA regulations and ensure compliance.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and property viewings as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred).
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• A strong network of contacts in the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
