We are looking for a driven and experienced Property Consultant (Secondary Market) to join our team in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate, know the Dubai secondary market inside-out, and want to maximize your earnings, this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in secondary market property sales and leasing.
• Source and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided channels.
• Advise clients on suitable property options and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Close deals efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and property listings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai’s secondary property market.
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional approach.
