What You’ll Be Doing

As a Property Consultant at HMJ Equity, you will:

• Build and manage your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Source and close property deals across Leasing or Secondary Sales within designated area
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Stay up to date with Dubai market trends and new project launches
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from enquiry through to closing
• Develop your personal brand within the Dubai real estate space

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, driven, and target-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales experience is preferred (real estate experience is a plus, but not essential)
• Individuals open to relocating or already based in Dubai
• Self-starters who thrive in a commission-based environment
