We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Secondary Markets for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai (Business Bay). In this role, you will lead and execute sales strategies across the secondary real estate market, focusing on renting, leasing, and resale. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, negotiate deals, and deliver exceptional service.

The position involves managing client portfolios, identifying investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. A strong ability to build relationships, close transactions, and maintain customer satisfaction is essential.

  • Remuneration: Attractive Salary + Commission

Qualification:

  • Strong expertise in sales, property management, and secondary real estate market operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to interpret market trends, analyze data, and develop strategic sales plans
  • Proven experience in team leadership and cross-department collaboration
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market or broader Middle East region
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Valid driving license is mandatory
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a self-sponsored visa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
