Property Consultant - Secondary Market (Sales & Leasing)

Bloomspace Realty is looking for a driven and client-focused Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role is focused on the secondary market, handling both property sales and leasing. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage listings, build strong relationships with landlords and clients, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions while delivering a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source secondary market listings for sale and lease
• Build relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors
• Manage the full sales and leasing cycle from lead to closing
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers and support deal closure
• Keep listings updated across CRM and property portals
• Provide clients with market insights and suitable property options

Requirements:

• Experience in Dubai real estate, especially secondary sales and/or leasing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• RERA-certified or eligible to work as a broker in Dubai
• UAE driving license and own car preferred
