About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Property Consultants who are fluent in one or more of the following languages: Slovak, German, Russian, Portuguese, or Turkish.

As a Property Consultant, you will assist international clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate while delivering exceptional customer service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings and client presentations
• Guide clients throughout the sales and leasing process
• Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal and financial teams
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and new projects
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages:
• Slovak
• German
• Russian
• Portuguese
• Turkish
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• International real estate sales experience is an advantage
