Property Consultant/Senior Property Consultant – Square Yards | UAE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant/Senior Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess strong market knowledge, and have the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure successful closures.
• Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of UAE property market and regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
