Property Development & Operations Manager

We are urgently hiring for Property Development & Operations Manager for one of our client from Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end property development projects, from planning and design to completion and handover.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors, and consultants to ensure efficient execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and cost estimations for new developments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Ensure operational excellence in property maintenance, tenant relations, and facility management.
• Develop and implement policies for asset management, leasing, and property performance monitoring.
• Lead procurement, vendor management, and service contract negotiations.
• Prepare progress reports and present project updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in property development and operations management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale property or real estate projects.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
