Property Development Tycoon

We are seeking an accomplished Property Development Tycoon to lead high-value real estate development opportunities from land acquisition through project completion, sales, and long-term value creation. This role is ideal for a senior real estate leader with a proven record of building profitable developments, securing capital, and driving market-leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire prime land and development opportunities.
• Lead feasibility studies, market research, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Develop project concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Secure financing from banks, investors, and strategic partners.
• Oversee planning, permitting, design, construction, and delivery.
• Negotiate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Manage sales, leasing, and marketing strategies for completed developments.
• Monitor project risks, cash flow, compliance, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, regulators, and commercial partners.
• Represent the business in senior negotiations and industry engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in property development, real estate investment, construction, or related leadership roles.
• Strong track record in land acquisition, development execution, and profitable exits.
• Expertise in feasibility analysis, budgeting, deal structuring, and project finance.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial decision-making skills.
• Excellent understanding of local real estate regulations, zoning, and permitting.
• Degree in real estate, business, finance, construction, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience developing residential, commercial, mixed-use, or luxury projects.
• Exposure to investor relations, capital raising, and asset repositioning.
• Strong network across banks, developers, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders.

Pay: QAR60.00 - QAR150.00 per hour
