Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Property Director to oversee the management, development, and optimization of the company’s real estate and property portfolio. The successful candidate will lead property operations, asset management, leasing strategies, facility planning, and property investment initiatives while ensuring maximum value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s property and real estate portfolio.
• Develop and implement property management and asset optimization strategies.
• Oversee leasing, tenant relations, facility operations, and maintenance activities.
• Manage property acquisitions, disposals, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Monitor property budgets, financial performance, and operational expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with local property regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams on property-related projects.
• Supervise renovation, construction, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and identify investment opportunities to maximize asset value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, tenants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in property management, real estate, or asset management, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing, budgeting, and contract management.
• Experience within the energy, industrial, infrastructure, or commercial sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Professional certifications in property or facility management are an advantage.

Pay: QAR70,000.00 - QAR75,000.00 per month
