Property Executive

NCRi Solutions is looking for a Property Executive for one of the biggest Conglomerate clients based in UAE to ensure effective delivery of high standards of services are met as per company policies in relation to Tenant Journey Experience, from moving into the unit, living experience and move-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough check-in process to ensure a seamless customer move-in experience and ensure all policies & procedures related to tenant living experience within the residential portfolio as per company standards are communicated to the tenant, in-order to manage tenant expectations.
• Ensure Check–out policies and procedures are communicated to Tenants prior to move out.
• Schedule & attend check out inspections along with the Tenant and Operations team during working hours to ensure a seamless customer experience for the tenant
• Liaise between both parties to ensure any issues / discrepancies arising as a result of the condition of the unit at the time of check out and its related maintenance charges are address to the tenant and expectations of both parties are managed accordingly in line with company policies with regard to the move out condition report of the unit.
• Prepare reports related to reinstatements, inspections, violations and building overall conditions and tenant's living experience to the management.

Core Competencies:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Property Management with + 3 years in a Property Executive Role
• Experience in Dubai Real Estate Market (non-freehold + freehold) is a must.
• Experience from a reputed real estate developers/ Landlords in delivering high customer satisfaction & Customer experience scores related to move -in, living experience and Move -out.
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering / business administration / real estate management.
• Certified specialized courses in relevant segments of the real estate profession.
