Property Groundskeeper

Job Description:
The Commercial Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and overall cleanliness of the City Center and Downtown Commons. This position focuses on grounds upkeep, curb appeal, landscaping maintenance, and ensuring all exterior common areas are kept in a clean, safe, and professional condition.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, curbs, and exterior common areas.
• Perform routine groundskeeping duties including trash removal, sweeping, debris cleanup, and exterior property inspections.
• Maintain landscaping through trimming, weed control, mulch upkeep, watering, and seasonal exterior maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain curb lines, parking areas, signage areas, and exterior property edges to ensure a professional appearance.
• Assist with snow and ice removal operations during winter months as needed.
• Identify exterior maintenance concerns and report repairs or safety hazards to management.
• Ensure all commercial properties maintain strong curb appeal and present a clean, orderly appearance to tenants and visitors.
• Operate basic groundskeeping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with additional exterior property maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• General groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor as required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
