Position Overview:
The Property Inspector (Quality Assurance Specialist) is responsible for ensuring all vacation homes are fully prepared for guest arrivals and maintained to company standards year-round. This role is primarily field-based, involving daily travel between properties, detailed inspections, supply management, and light maintenance. You’ll work independently while staying closely connected with the operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities: (including, but not limited to)

• Conduct detailed inspections before guest arrivals and after departures to ensure homes are clean, stocked, and fully operational
• Identify and report maintenance or inventory issues in a timely manner
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs, minor repairs, securing loose items, and removing excess trash
• Manage and restock supplies for both properties and assigned company vehicle(s)
• Complete guest and homeowner deliveries, ensuring items are delivered accurately, on time, and with a professional approach
• Use required mobile applications on your personal smartphone to track tasks, updates, and property status (phone reimbursement provided each pay period)
• Drive between properties safely and efficiently while maintaining company vehicle standards
• Communicate clearly with operations and maintenance teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly
• Assist other departments and the Operations Director's with additional tasks as needed, including property refreshes, organization projects, signage updates, and general operational support
• Maintain a high standard of quality control across all assigned properties

Compensation:
Starting hourly wage of $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience, with approximately 40 hours per week.

• PTO: 120 hours, with increasing allowances based on years of service.
• Health Plan: BlueCrossBlueShield medical plans, with Two Pines contributing 75% of the premium for the Bronze plan.
• 401k: Eligible after 6 months, with a 4% match.
• Ski Pass: Full-time in-person employees are eligible for a ski pass to Big Sky Resort (50% employee contribution, reimbursed at the end of the season).

You will have your own private bedroom, while sharing common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom with fellow employees. Conditions of Employment:

• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Must have a clean driving record of a minimum of 3 years, and hold a valid license. This must be maintained during employment.
• Sign a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement.
• Work weekends / holidays if needed.
