This is a field-based role involving frequent driving between homes throughout Innsbrook Resort, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

Conduct detailed inspections of vacation homes after housekeeping

Verify each property meets cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards

Inspect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces

Confirm amenities, linens, and supplies are fully stocked

Ensure thermostats, locks, lights, and hot tubs are properly set

Take clear photos and complete digital inspection reports using company software

Identify and document maintenance issues, damages, or missing items

Communicate clearly with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams

Make minor adjustments or restock supplies as needed

Drive between multiple properties daily within Innsbrook Resort

Requirements

Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license

Comfortable driving throughout the resort daily

Smartphone with camera and app capability

Comfortable taking photos and completing reports digitally

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs

Comfortable working in all seasons and weather conditions

Experience in hospitality, cleaning, inspections, or property management is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Full-time workload, typically 7–8 hours per day (occasionally up to 9)

Start times vary based on daily turnover volume

Monday through Friday when not on call

Rotating on-call weekends with scheduled days off during the week
