Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Leasing Executive to support our rental operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience from inquiry to contract completion.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming rental inquiries through calls, messages, and online platforms
• Coordinate and schedule property viewings with prospective tenants
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Guide clients through the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience
• Assist in negotiating rental terms in line with company guidelines
• Follow up on lease renewals and maintain good relationships with tenants
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and transactions in the system

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build client relationships
• Well-organized with good time management skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client interactions
• Prior experience in leasing or real estate is a plus
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi rental areas and trends is an added advantage
