Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, MOUs, and other relevant real estate documents.
  • Coordinate property viewings and maintain daily schedules for agents.
  • Assist in client follow-ups, inquiries, and basic negotiations.
  • Handle office documentation, filing, and database organization.
  • Support sales agents with listing photos, RERA forms, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain excellent client service and ensure timely communication.
  • Process Ejari registrations and DEWA connections as required.
  • Manage office supplies, emails, and general admin tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate administration or sales support (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations, documentation, and portals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
