About the Role:

Title: Property Maintenance Driver
Reports to: Communities Leader
Location: Kaukauna, WI
Pay: Starting at $19+ (based on experience)

What You’ll Do (and Rock at!):

• Drive with safety and professionalism: Operate a company truck and trailer to transport materials, tools, and waste between properties and local dumps.

• Ensure clean, well-maintained properties: Remove bulk garbage, landscaping waste, and debris to keep communities tidy, safe, and visually appealing.

• Support improvement initiatives: Assist with capital projects such as lighting upgrades, painting, and landscaping installations to enhance property value and appearance.

• Adapt to evolving needs: Tackle a variety of tasks each day based on shifting priorities and business demands.

• Deliver excellent on-site interactions: Engage respectfully and positively with residents, team members, and vendors while on property.

• Take initiative and ownership: Manage your daily responsibilities, tools, and equipment independently with accountability and pride in your work.

• Streamline daily operations: Assist with pickups, deliveries, and logistics to support field teams and ensure timely project completion.

• Identify and act on opportunities: Observe property conditions and proactively address issues or recommend improvements before they escalate.

What You Bring:

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Able to drive a truck and dump trailer safely
• Physically able to lift 100 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• A proactive mindset and a drive to create positive experiences
