Property Maintenance team member

During the growing season (spring–fall):

• Supervise and participate in landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Perform and direct mulching, mowing, pruning, edging, and cleanup
• Load, haul, and dispose of debris properly
• Maintain and operate landscaping equipment safely
• Ensure quality work and a clean job site at all times

During the off-season (winter months):

• Perform general property maintenance and repair work
• Painting, drywall/Sheetrock repair, and cleaning
• Handle small improvement projects and odd jobs as needed
• Manage supplies and materials for maintenance projects

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $763.00 - $900.00 per week
