Property Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are a multifamily property committed to maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming property for our residents. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds and facilities
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Assisting with unit turns, including painting, patching, and minor renovations.
• Maintain clean and safe common areas.

Skills

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Knowledge of basic painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC , carpentry, and general repairs.
• Previous experience in property maintenance is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
