Job Summary A dedicated and experienced Property Management Executive to join our Property Management Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and leasing vacant units.
- Prepare, review, translate, and process Tenancy Contracts in both Arabic and English.
- Enter and maintain accurate tenancy records and data in the company’s ERP system.
- Coordinate lease renewals, amendments, terminations, and all related tenant documentation.
- Monitor rental collections and maintain up-to-date tenant accounts.
- Generate regular reports on rental collections, outstanding payments, and overdue accounts.
- Follow up with tenants on pending and overdue rental payments in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain organized property records, tenancy files, and all supporting documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other property management and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate property management in Qatar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling high-value residential or commercial portfolios.
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
