Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management & Lease Administration Analyst to support the management of a U.S.-based real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing lease agreements, maintaining lease data, monitoring compliance, coordinating property management activities, and supporting operational and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with lease administration, and an understanding of U.S. commercial property management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lease Administration & Contract Analysis:
- Review, analyze, and abstract lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related legal documents.
- Extract and maintain critical lease information including rent schedules, escalation clauses, CAM charges, renewal options, termination rights, insurance requirements, and key dates.
- Monitor lease compliance and identify potential risks, discrepancies, or contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate lease records and documentation within property management systems.
- Track lease expirations, renewals, rent increases, and critical notice periods.
Property Management Support:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of U.S.-based commercial and residential properties.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, property managers, and internal stakeholders regarding lease and operational matters.
- Monitor tenant requests and ensure timely resolution of property-related issues.
- Support vendor contract administration and compliance tracking.
- Assist with occupancy management and tenant onboarding/offboarding processes.
Financial & Operational Analysis:
- Analyze rent rolls, lease portfolios, and property performance metrics.
- Review rental billing data and reconcile lease terms with financial records.
- Support CAM reconciliations, operating expense reviews, and property budget tracking.
- Prepare recurring reports related to lease status, occupancy, renewals, delinquencies, and portfolio performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Property Management-US, Lease Administration, Commercial Real Estate, Contract Administration, or a similar role.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting lease agreements and legal contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting U.S. commercial real estate portfolios.
- Knowledge of lease abstraction and lease compliance processes.
- Familiarity with CAM reconciliations, NNN leases, and rent escalations.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
