Property Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates through effective sales techniques and upselling opportunities.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict management in a professional manner to foster positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is required.
• Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Section 8 housing regulations is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building and conflict resolution.
• Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
• Experience with property leasing processes and facilities management is a plus.
