The Role
Manage the placement, administration, and renewal of complex property reinsurance programs for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Serve as the primary client contact, delivering expert advice and strategic solutions tailored to each client’s risk and business objectives.
Analyze and interpret exposure data, loss histories, and market trends to support negotiation and program design.
Collaborate closely with brokers, underwriters, and internal analytics teams to ensure optimal program structure and pricing.
Oversee contract documentation and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all placement materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key reinsurance markets and industry partners.
Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continuous improvement of internal processes and client service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Solid understanding of property or reinsurance concepts, with prior experience in insurance, broking, or underwriting preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and market relationships.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and negotiating outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with reinsurance or risk modeling tools is a plus.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility.
