Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial buildings.
- Ensure all facilities, equipment, and utilities are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance staff and external vendors for repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage building certifications such as Civil Defense, insurance renewals, and other regulatory documents.
2. Tenant Relations & Leasing
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate leases, and oversee renewals and terminations.
- Ensure timely rent collection and issue notices for late payments.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure retention and reduce vacancy rates.
3. Financial & Administrative Management
- Prepare monthly property reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Approve and monitor property-related invoices and payments.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and ensure cost control.
- Record and update all property, tenant, and maintenance data in the system.
4. Legal & Compliance
- Handle eviction processes, coordinate with police and court authorities, and represent the company in legal matters related to tenants when required.
- Ensure all lease agreements, notices, and procedures comply with UAE tenancy laws and regulations.
- Maintain records of all government submissions, contracts, and approvals.
5. Public Relations & Communication
- Represent the company professionally with tenants, owners, government entities, and vendors.
- Liaise with municipalities, civil defense, and property registration authorities as needed.
- Promote company reputation and service quality in the community.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
