Mood Espresso is looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee and manage our properties, ensuring efficient operations, tenant satisfaction, and asset value optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations and maintenance
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and service providers
• Oversee leases, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and reporting
• Ensure properties meet safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations in the UAE
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
