Key Responsibilities

Property Operations

  • Must have knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and market,Dari, ADGM..etc
  • Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
  • Ensure buildings are clean, safe, and fully operational
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Manage service providers, contractors, and suppliers

Tenant Management

  • Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and complaints professionally
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
  • Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Conduct property inspections and handover processes

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage property budgets
  • Monitor operating expenses and service charges
  • Approve invoices and control costs
  • Prepare regular financial and performance reports for ownership

Legal & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, municipality regulations, and tenancy laws
  • Coordinate legal notices, eviction processes, and documentation when required
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, and licenses

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, maintenance, and income
  • Maintain property documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate with owners, management, and authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate and tenancy regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in property management systems and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
