Key Responsibilities
Property Operations
- Must have knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and market,Dari, ADGM..etc
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
- Ensure buildings are clean, safe, and fully operational
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations
- Manage service providers, contractors, and suppliers
Tenant Management

- Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and complaints professionally
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments
- Conduct property inspections and handover processes
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage property budgets
- Monitor operating expenses and service charges
- Approve invoices and control costs
- Prepare regular financial and performance reports for ownership
Legal & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local laws, municipality regulations, and tenancy laws
- Coordinate legal notices, eviction processes, and documentation when required
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, and licenses
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, maintenance, and income
- Maintain property documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate with owners, management, and authorities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate and tenancy regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in property management systems and MS Office
