Job Summary

The Community Association Manager (CAM) is responsible for the overall management and operation of a condominium or homeowners association. The CAM works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the community is maintained, financially stable, and compliant with governing documents and state regulations.

Required Qualifications

. Current Florida CAM license ( Must be active)

. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in CAM

. Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Outlook) and property managment software (e.g. Building Link).

.Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and financial acumen.

.Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and property operations simultaneously.

.Conflict Resolution – Experience handling resident complaints and enforcing community rules professionally.

.Vendor & Contract Management – Experience coordinating and supervising contractors, vendors, and maintenance services.

.Problem Solving – Ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and ensure smooth community operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
