Role Description

Iron Point is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to join our Property Management Team. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including owner and tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, and property maintenance. This role will involve working both onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring properties are well maintained, residents are satisfied, and investors needs are met. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Core Duties Include:

• Overseeing the leasing process to ensure timely rental of available units.
• Giving in person property tours as needed.
• Coordinating maintenance requests for existing residents.
• Coordinating move out repairs with multiple vendors.
• Review investor financial statements for accuracy.
• Respond to and resolve resident escalations.
• Respond to investor inquiries via phone and email.
• Process applications.
• Rent collection.
• Property inspections as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management and knowledge of landlord-tenant laws.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Conscientious with a drive for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of property maintenance and vendor management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
