Property Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Property Manager, you will lead maintenance teams, coordinate repairs, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize property performance and tenant satisfaction.

Duties

  • Manage and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and upgrades
  • Oversee facilities management activities
  • Coordinate projects related to property upgrades or renovations, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or code violations
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation

Skills

  • Proven management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using tools such Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Bilingual
  • Great customer service
