Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves managing tenant relationships, leasing activities, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while maximizing occupancy and rental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise properties and manage tenant leads
• Arrange viewings and close deals
• Conduct tenant referencing and agreements
• Handle tenant communication, complaints, and queries
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Monitor rent collection and chase arrears
• Manage tenant deposits and evictions
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations
• Maintain records and prepare reports
• Monitor rental rates and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Experience in property management
• Proficiency in property management software
• Strong admin, data entry, and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer handling
• Problem solving mindset with attention to detail

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
