Property Manager

We are searching for a highly motivated property manager to lead our management team at our luxury apartment community – Ascent at Grande Place (288 units) - located in Simpsonville, SC. Salary shall start from $55,000.00 based upon experience and certifications. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property management including leasing, resident relations, maintenance management, & rent collections, and demonstrate strong communication & interpersonal skills. Prior property manager experience strongly preferred.
