- Coordinate major maintenance, capital projects, and vendor contracts.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Handle escalated tenant disputes and eviction procedures when required.
- Required skills & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in property/real estate management; 3–7 years’ experience.

Senior Property Manager
