Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of facilities, coordinate maintenance activities, and lead a team of technicians and staff. Your expertise in facilities management, mechanical systems, electrical and low voltage systems, and project management will drive operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and low voltage infrastructure to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage facilities management programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule repairs, track work orders, and monitor asset performance.
- Supervise maintenance teams and contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for industrial equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and high/low voltage systems.
- Coordinate projects related to building upgrades or repairs, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify issues early, utilizing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting and schematics for system diagnostics.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance documentation while ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with tenants or clients to address facility needs promptly while maintaining excellent communication in English.
Experience
- Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, HVAC units, industrial manufacturing equipment, and high/low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters.
- Experience managing maintenance management systems (CMMS) for scheduling and tracking work orders.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage) and industrial maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team supervision, training, and motivating staff for optimal performance.
