SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION:
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Regional Manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervise one or more employees. Supervisory responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with the organizations’ policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
DRIVING/TRAVELING REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional need (1% to 33% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to inspect property and surrounding neighborhood, make trips to the bank, and also visit the Corporate Office.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve problems with no direction. Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions that are sometimes harsh. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
