Property Manager

Job Overview
Katz Properties, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of the nicest apartment communities in the Milwaukee Area. Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management practices. This role requires effective communication with tenants, vendors, and staff.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee repairs to ensure timely completion, Etc.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in property management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in office tasks including data entry, file management, and contract administration..
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact positively with tenants and vendors.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
