Property Manager

Local professional property management company is seeking an On-Site Manager for an apartment complex in Verona, Wi, Prairie Oaks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, leasing, resident retention efforts, handling tenant inqueries, etc.

Hours for this position are 9-5. Weekend hours will be required and weekday hours will be adjusted accordingly.

Compensation for this position is $20.00/hour as well as $100.00 per approved 12-month lease.

Applicants MUST have some Property Management or leasing experience, and include a resume in their email.
