Property Manager

A Good life begins with a good company! Blake Capital Corporation is currently looking for a Full-time Property Manager for a mid-size property located in West Allis, WI. Duties include but are not limited to; Develop, plan, and implement the budget, handle all late rent notices and evictions, oversee customer service, resident relations, maintenance department practices, vendor relations, marketing and leasing. Additional responsibilities include personal management, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Needs to be extremely organized and efficient with time management.
