Job starts at $22.24 but after 6 months probation and a good understanding of the job, the pay increases to $24.18 an hour.
Manages daily operations and administrative tasks.
Acts as the primary point of contact for inquiries and complaints.
Manages the leasing process, including lease renewals and processing applications.
Process rent payments and follows up on delinquent accounts.
Maintain accurate tenant files.
Knowledge of Sect. 8 and LIHTC experience is helpful.
