Job Summary
- Provide 5 star service to commercial tenants & maintain all properties to highest of standards
- Write leases and update renewals and files
- Negotiate with vendors & suppliers, including insurance
- Administrative support of owner for both business and personal matters
- Must be well organized with excellent time management skills.
Duties
- Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Coordinate property maintenance to ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Handle legal administrative tasks such as reviewing contracts, managing lease documentation, and ensuring adherence to landlord-tenant law.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify repair needs or safety issues; oversee vendor relationships for repairs and upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records through filing, data entry, and administrative documentation while providing excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants or vendors.
- This role may require occasional flexibility for property inspections or urgent tenant matters.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and DocuSign
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution professionally.
- Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
