Property Manager (Full Time) Affordable Housing

Property in South Hill, VA looking for an experienced Full Time Property Manager for Mecklenburg Manor, a family community with 51 rental apartments. Applicant should have at least 1 year experience with either USDA-RD, HUD or LIHTC multifamily housing. Property Manager is directly responsible for the complete operation of the site and for all staff associated with the site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
