A Property Management Company is seeking a Property Manager (Multifamily/Apartment) to join their team in West Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for overseeing all leasing and resident onboarding functions for a new apartment community. Additionally, the property manager will drive occupancy through strategic leasing initiatives, provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and ensures the property meets its financial performance goals. A bachelor's degree, at least 3 years apartment property management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Gmail, a driver's license, personal vehicle and work flexibility is required. This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-person position with bonus and excellent benefits, including 401k. [Work Schedule: Mon-Wed., Fri-Sat. 9:00-6:00pm]
Property Manager Duties:
-Conduct property tours and assist with unit showings for prospective tenants
-Manage leasing phone and email inquiries; schedule and coordinate tours
- Collaborate with the team to market units across online platforms and listing
-Gather and analyze market data, including rent and sales comparable from third-party sources
- Research local market trends to support competitive pricing strategies
-Coordinate with prospective tenants to collect complete application materials
-Review applications and support screening processes
-Prepare, modify, and execute lease agreements
-Facilitate tenant move-ins and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
-Maintain and update property management and access systems, including Yardi, LuxerOne, Openpath, and ButterflyMX
-Ensure accurate records and system updates related to residents, units, and building access
Property Manager Skills:
-Must have bachelor's degree
-Must have at least 3 years experience in apartment property management
-Must have driver's license
-Must have flexibility in work hours (Saturday flexibility required)
-Must have personal vehicle for transportation
-Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
-Preference for candidates with a strong interest in real estate
