KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, committed to excellence and innovation in the real estate sector. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives to promote our services and strengthen our brand presence.

This role involves managing property listings, executing marketing campaigns, coordinating vendor activities, and analyzing campaign performance to drive marketing objectives. The Property Marketing Associate ensures that all property listings are accurate, visually compelling, compliant with RERA and developer guidelines, and contribute to overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update property listings across platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, ensuring accuracy in pricing, photos, and property details.
  • Monitor portal budgets, featured listings, and product usage to optimize visibility and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly reports on listing performance, including conversions and quality scores.
  • Coordinate with marketing vendors for creatives, photography, and campaign materials; track invoices and payments in collaboration with Finance.
  • Maintain and update the listing master sheet, ensuring all portal links and property details are current.
  • Manage developer registrations and required documentation for property sales and project listings.
  • Support CRM lead tracking, reporting, and collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure all listings comply with RERA, DLD, and developer regulations.
  • Provide internal support for agent onboarding, CRM training, and ad hoc marketing requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Hands-on experience with property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
