Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Negotiator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, advising clients, and ensuring successful outcomes in sales and leasing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales, purchases, and rental agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and facilitate discussions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Prepare, review, and finalize contracts and other legal documentation
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and transparency
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property negotiation, real estate sales, or a related field
• Strong communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market preferred
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
